We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support the President and help drive day-to-day operations.

This role is a trusted partner responsible for managing priorities, coordinating activities, and ensuring effective communication across the organization.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support key initiatives.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Orlando, Florida.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a required start time of 7:00 AM.

What You'll Do:

Manage the President’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and priorities.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Track deadlines, projects, and key initiatives.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Support special projects, proposals, document preparation, and marketing activities as needed.

What We're Looking For:

3–5+ years of executive administrative support, office management, or similar experience.
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with excellent proofreading abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with sound judgment and discretion.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Experience with proposals, marketing, or Adobe InDesign is a plus.
